Take some overdue time for yourself and come and join us in the beautiful Wye Valley for a day of movement, discovery, food and relaxation.
As a woman, it’s so easy to prioritise other areas of your life at the cost of your own wellbeing. So here’s your opportunity, your calling if you will, to spend a full day (10am-8pm) away from the stressors of work and family. Turn your phone off, connect with nature, connect with yourself and connect with other women.
This day is an opportunity to learn about your body, engage in some fitness, enforce some relaxation, enjoy some yoga, eat freshly made food and take in some fresh air in the most magical outdoor spa with stunning views and only the sound of birds and trees for miles.
Price per place £175
Your day will include learning about your body and connecting with your pelvic floor, followed by a fitness class held in the forest. A delicious lunch of local, organic produce will help to refuel you before we head into the afternoon where you’ll learn about the benefits of journaling followed by a relaxing yoga session. You’ll finish off the day with 3 hours use of the outdoor eco spa including a wood fired hot tub, sauna and plunge pool overlooking the stunning valley, where you will be served a delicious dinner of wood-fired pizza.
The day will be hosted by Forest Retreats owner and yoga instructor Hayley, along with personal trainer Tash.
