Retreat to the forest and nurture your wellbeing this Autumn at our eco-retreat centre at Hill Farm, Tintern.
Welcome in the Autumn by taking some time out of the busyness of life, feel into our bodies, relax and be curious about new ways to nourish yourself this Autumn.
Weekend includes yin and yang yoga practices, foraging in the local woodlands, ecstatic dancing, a wood-fired eco spa, wholesome homecooked meals and optional holistic treatments – all designed to help you reconnect with yourself and nature.

3pm: Ecstatic dancing with Sarah – warm up, shake, dance, lie down and meditation
5pm: Wood fired Pizzas
7.30pm: Eco-spa including hot tub, sauna and cold plunge

Check out of accommodation but feel free to stay for the afternoon and explore the local area.
Stay Sunday night for an extra £50 per person
Your weekend will include daily yoga and meditation sessions, foraging in the local woodlands, ecstatic dancing and an opportunity to enjoy our outdoor eco-spa. Optional treatments are also available.
All meals and snacks are provided, locally sourced where possible, and all dietary requirements are catered for.
Single occupancy options may be available for the Room With a View and our smaller yurt (Beddick).
Accommodation is given out on a first come first served basis. The 2 and 4 bed yurts, if not filled by a group, must be shared.
Camping is available for two individuals or one couple (bring your own tent).

- Hill Farm has uneven and care must be taken when walking around. A moderate fitness level is recommended.
- Transport links are limited but possible. The nearest train station is Chepstow and then a taxi to Hill Farm. Pre-booking of taxi is essential.
- After booking – please ensure that all members of your group inform us of any injuries, illness or dietary requirements.
- It is advised you take out travel insurance in case illness or other circumstances prevents you from attending the retreat.
Deposit Option
You may have the option of securing your place with a 25% deposit, the remainder due 28 days before the retreat begins.
If available, this option will be presented when you book. This option is only available up to 2 weeks before the deposit due date.
- Bedding provided but please bring extra blankets.
- Torches for getting around site.
- Suitable clothing to practice yoga. We recommend leggings and a suitable fitted top.
- Walking shoes and wellies.
- A yoga mat (we have plenty if you don’t have one).
- A pillow and blanket for relaxation (please feel free to bring eye masks and bolsters too if you have them).
- Swim wear, towel, dressing gown and flip-flops for the Eco-Spa.
- Waterproof clothing.
- A mixture of warm and lighter clothing – suitable for all weathers.
- Suntan lotion and a hat.
- An item for the alter. Could be a photo or an item of significance.
- Extra snacks and drinks.
- Toiletries and medication.
- A note-book to write down useful information, inspiration, recipes or journal throughout the weekend.

Botany & Barbadoes
Our 2 large yurts can accommodate up to 4 single beds. Lovingly styled and furnished to reflect our woodland surrounding, fresh linen and a wood burning stove to keep you snuggly and warm. Outside is a self-contained kitchen (not that you will need it as our retreats are fully catered) and there is a shower and toilet block nearby. We also have compost toilets on-site.

Beddick
Our cosy 2 person yurt can be made up as a double or 2 singles. Lovingly styled and furnished to reflect our woodland surrounding, fresh linen and a wood burning stove to keep you snuggly and warm. Outside is a self-contained kitchen (not that you will need it as our retreats are fully catered) and there is a shower and toilet block nearby. We also have compost toilets on-site.

Room With a View
Our Room With a View is fully self-contained with a stunning view over the Wye Valley. The room can be made up as two singles or a double. This modern room has all the creature comforts including its own kitchenette; as well as a toilet and a shower.

Why not bring your own van or tent to one of our retreats? Use all the facilities we have on site including toilets and showers but enjoy the luxury of being fully catered and enjoying the full programme of the retreat.
