New Year of Self Love
Embrace the new year with loving intentions as well as honouring the rest needed after a busy Christmas period, on a day retreat at Hill Farm, Tintern.
Slow down and breathe with some yin and restorative yoga in the morning, before enjoying a delicious seasonal lunch by in house retreat chef Tom.
In the afternoon, we will focus on our vision boards and intentions for the year, before taking some time to relax in our outdoor eco-spa, breathing in the fresh, crisp winter air whilst keeping warm in our wood-fired hot tub. Massage treatments are also available (extra charges apply).

Yoga helped me recover both mentally and physically and I became and regular practitioner. I have a background working in prisons and at a women’s refuge and have seen for myself how yoga can help everybody.
I am a busy mum of 2 daughters and a business owner. I started taking yoga classes 13 years ago during my pregnancy and following the birth of my first daughter. However, I really felt the benefits after suffering post-natal anxiety and psychosis following the birth of my second daughter.
I started to run retreats after being made redundant from the charity sector on maternity leave. I have a tourism business management degree and I saw a gap in market for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. That led to me undertaking my first yoga teacher training and the rest is history. I truly love teaching and seeing the positive difference is makes in my students’ lives. I feel truly blessed to be offering classes that can be described as a bottom up to healing.
