Forest Retreats – Simply Yoga classes are weekly classes based at Hill Farm, in Tintern, and are also offered via Zoom or a recording.
We are proud to have built a welcoming yoga community that is diverse and suitable for all levels (options are given and you are encouraged to practice at your own pace).
Weekly classes are themed, topical and include Asana (postures), Pranayma (breathwork) and meditation.
We offer monthly Soul Sundays yin and restore sessions for total relaxation and bi-monthly yin and sound healing, which is a a wonderful collaboration with Sam of Her Peaceful Place.
Forest Retreats run retreats at Hill Farm, Tintern, but also in other locations in the UK such as Devon and a luxury Spanish retreat in Benissa, Costa Blance in Spain. A list of all our retreats is on our website.

Hayley initially completed 200 hours yoga teacher training in 2019 and has nearly completed her yoga alliance accredited advanced yoga teacher training at The Shala Yoga Centre in London. As well as core teaching modules, Hayley has also completed training in:

- Sequencing with Melanie Cooper
- Yoga Nidra with Melanie Cooper and Jennie Wadsten Sharma
- Trauma informed yoga with Ellie Grace
Hayley teaches weekly classes, 1:1 private sessions, family yoga, corporate clients and on retreats in the UK and overseas.

“I am a busy mum of 2 daughters and a business owner. I started taking yoga classes 13 years ago during my pregnancy and following the birth of my first daughter. However, I really felt the benefits after suffering post-natal anxiety and psychosis following the birth of my second daughter.
Yoga helped me recover both mentally and physically and I became and regular practitioner. I have a background working in prisons and at a women’s refuge and have seen for myself how yoga can help everybody.
I started to run retreats after being made redundant from the charity sector on maternity leave. I have a tourism business management degree and I saw a gap in market for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. That led to me undertaking my first yoga teacher training and the rest is history. I truly love teaching and seeing the positive difference is makes in my students’ lives. I feel truly blessed to be offering classes that can be described as a bottom up to healing.”
