Spring Awakening Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat
Spring Awakening Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat
Retreat to the forest and nurture your well-being on an eco-retreat at Hill Farm, Tintern.
Based at Hill Farm, Tintern in the Wye Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is the perfect place nestled in nature to get away from the stresses and strains of life to retreat, relax and rejuvenate.
This nourishing weekend shakes off the wintery cobwebs and welcomes in the Spring energy. A time to plant our seeds of intention, energise the body (whilst still allowing plenty of time to rest) and leave with a spring in your step!
Weekend includes different types of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. All levels welcome and take practices at your own pace. We also invite a local forager Jess of Herbal Ways to make your own tincher from foraging. We will dance (optional of course!) after drinking some delicious cacao, totally relax in the wood fired eco spa and eat delicious food from on-site chef Tom.
Recommended as one of The Guardian’s top 10 well-being retreats in the UK, you will be looked after by experienced retreat host Hayley who has been running retreats for over 1o years.

Yoga helped me recover both mentally and physically and I became and regular practitioner. I have a background working in prisons and at a women’s refuge and have seen for myself how yoga can help everybody.
I am a busy mum of 2 daughters and a business owner. I started taking yoga classes 13 years ago during my pregnancy and following the birth of my first daughter. However, I really felt the benefits after suffering post-natal anxiety and psychosis following the birth of my second daughter.
I started to run retreats after being made redundant from the charity sector on maternity leave. I have a tourism business management degree and I saw a gap in market for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. That led to me undertaking my first yoga teacher training and the rest is history. I truly love teaching and seeing the positive difference is makes in my students’ lives. I feel truly blessed to be offering classes that can be described as a bottom up to healing.
