Yin and Sound with Hayley and Sam
Yin and Sound with Hayley and Sam
Join Hayley of Forest Retreats and Sam of Her Peaceful Place for a nourishing late afternoon of yin and restorative yoga followed by sound healing at Hill Farm in Tintern.
Deep healing vibrations will come from tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs and chimes – prepare to rest deeply.
We also offer a hot drink, tarot cards and an opportunity to connect in community.
This will be a bi-monthy offering themed around seasonal changes, the moon and themes that resonate with us both. Suitable for complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We look forward to hosting you.

I believe that every single person has the power to self soothe and heal, particularly during times of change. It’s my job to help you access the power you already have..
Sam Williams – Founder of Her Peaceful Place in Chepstow.
Sound healing therapist and sharer of yoga and meditation.

Yoga helped me recover both mentally and physically and I became and regular practitioner. I have a background working in prisons and at a women’s refuge and have seen for myself how yoga can help everybody.
I am a busy mum of 2 daughters and a business owner. I started taking yoga classes 13 years ago during my pregnancy and following the birth of my first daughter. However, I really felt the benefits after suffering post-natal anxiety and psychosis following the birth of my second daughter.
I started to run retreats after being made redundant from the charity sector on maternity leave. I have a tourism business management degree and I saw a gap in market for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. That led to me undertaking my first yoga teacher training and the rest is history. I truly love teaching and seeing the positive difference is makes in my students’ lives. I feel truly blessed to be offering classes that can be described as a bottom up to healing.
